Well, it\u2019s a combination between a bistro and cafeteria (in Hebrew, <i>miznon<\/i>). It&#8217;s also supposed to mediate between the simple and the refined, the accessible and the sophisticated, the small and the global. But this non-conflicting contradiction also reflects Yahaloma the person, Yahaloma the place, and \u2013 we hope \u2013 also Yahaloma the brand.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The inspiration for the brand language comes from the world of \u2018downtown\u2019, of posters and the street culture.
