Paz was the first gasoline company in Israel to understand that in order to drive growth, it had to transform its gas stations into retail marketing complexes.
Nobody wants to drink coffee in a gas station, and Paz realized that it needed to give a name to what used to be called the ‘Paznon’.
We named it ‘Yellow’, which is connected to the well-known color of the Paz brand [‘Paz’ is Hebrew for ‘gold’]. However, because yellow is far-removed from the concept of energy, it functions as a brand in its own right. The logo design is also closer to the concept of the convenience store than the gas station.
